Joe took over the management of our apartment building just over a year ago. We were unfortunate enough to have a lot of tenants who had rent overdue and a few flats that had been misused. He has completely turned around the management of the building. He worked systematically to collect overdue rent and handled all the details of eviction for tenants not paying. He secured new tenants after removing the bad tenants. The remaining tenants saw that there was now a proper management system in place and started to pay on time.
